As most of us who are interested in this site know, it's hard enough to get together a band that clicks. Finding the right chemistry of people you can depend on, who click with you musically, who won't drive you totally insane or to prison because you had to kill them. LOL Once you get that, then the rest is supposed to just happen - just come together, right? Um.. no. That's why we're here.
In a nutshell there's no silver bullet. No guaranteed route to fame and fortune. But there are things that help make it work. And to a large part, they differ from one part of the country to another. This is where we can share what works, what doesn't work and ask questions. Hopefully we can build this online community into something really useful. Up until now, there was no way that one band could mentor another without knowing someone or an "in". The more you get involved and post the better this site will be!!
